Shambhuraj Desai told the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly that the government is committed to completing the redevelopment of Patra Chawl in Mumbai. The project, pending for nearly 18 years and affecting 672 tenant families, will be reviewed to address complaints of unfinished work, construction defects and residents’ grievances.
