Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust completed the acquisition of 74% equity stakes in 11 solar energy companies from Edelweiss Infrastructure Yield Plus on February 28, 2026, following a Share Purchase Agreement from January 23, 2026. The acquired entities include Pokaran Solaire Energy, Northern Solaire Prakash, and nine other solar companies. Additionally, the trust completed acquiring debt securities of Solaire Surya Urja Private Limited, with its equity acquisition from SEPL Energy Private Limited still in progress.
