Arihant Foundations & Housing Limited reported exceptional Q3FY26 results with revenue of INR 104.62 crore (up 93.6% Y-o-Y), EBITDA of INR 29.68 crore (up 50.7% Y-o-Y), and PBT of INR 27.66 crore (up 75.6% Y-o-Y). Nine-month revenue reached INR 279.60 crore, marking 90.2% year-on-year growth. The company also announced two marquee developments in Chennai's CBD with estimated GDV of approximately INR 500 crore, reinforcing its position as a leading real estate developer in Chennai.
