Commodities Broker Pulled Back Into Tax Dividend Fraud Suit by UK Court

ED&F Man Capital Markets Ltd., now MCML Ltd., has been pulled back into a long-running fraud case linked to the Cum-Ex tax dividend scandal after the UK Supreme Court ruled that the Danish tax authority’s lawsuit against the commodities broker can proceed.
