Standalone total income from operations for Q4 FY26 was ₹26,116 lakh, while the full-year figure stood at ₹1,01,517 lakh; the company recorded a standalone net loss after tax of ₹1,802 lakh for FY26 against a net profit of ₹2,267 lakh in FY25. On a consolidated basis, full-year total income from operations was ₹1,02,707 lakh and net profit after tax was ₹164 lakh, compared to ₹1,07,589 lakh and ₹602 lakh respectively in FY25. The results were approved by the Board of Directors on May 15, 2026, and prepared in accordance with Ind AS.
