DIC India Limited conducted its 78th Annual General Meeting on March 23, 2026 via video conferencing with 51 shareholders present. The company declared a final dividend of Rs 3 per equity share for FY2025 and approved key resolutions including adoption of audited financial statements and re-appointment of directors Mr. Hayato Kashiwagi and Mr. Adnan Wajhat Ahmad.
