The transaction, completed on April 30, 2026, aims to consolidate the company's position in the luxury lifestyle vertical and strengthen strategic alignment for diversifying into global luxury brands beyond horology. Ethos Lifestyle Private Limited, incorporated in February 2024, focuses on retail sale of luxury lifestyle products and jewellery with a paid-up capital of ₹7.99 crore.
