Fractal Analytics Limited reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 32,997 million and profit after tax of Rs 2,868 million for the year ended March 31, 2026, compared to Rs 27,654 million and Rs 2,206 million respectively in the prior year. Standalone revenue from operations grew to Rs 18,662 million with profit after tax of Rs 1,865 million. The company completed its IPO during the year, listing on NSE and BSE on February 16, 2026, at Rs 900 per share, raising a fresh issue of Rs 10,235 million, with Rs 9,567 million of IPO proceeds remaining unutilised as at March 31, 2026. The Board also approved the merger of Senseforth Inc. with Fractal Analytics Inc. and the liquidation of Fractal Frontiers Inc. to streamline the group's corporate structure.
