Hiab Agrees to Acquire Truck Maker Labrie for $1.04 Billion

Finnish-listed Hiab Oyj has agreed to acquire refuse collection vehicle manufacturer Labrie Environmental Group at an enterprise value of $1.04 billion, strengthening its position in the North American waste and recycling market.
