Kajaria Ceramics Limited has acquired the remaining 10% stake in Kajaria Surfaces Private Limited for Rs. 1.16 crores, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary effective March 24, 2026. Kajaria Surfaces, incorporated in December 2023, operates in tiles manufacturing and reported Rs. 109.97 crores turnover with Rs. 1.09 crores profit after tax in FY 2024-25. The related party transaction was approved by the Audit Committee and conducted on arms' length basis.
