Consolidated revenue from operations grew to Rs. 3,43,562 lakhs from Rs. 2,22,162 lakhs in FY25, with net profit rising to Rs. 7,996 lakhs from Rs. 2,474 lakhs. On a standalone basis, the company reported a net loss of Rs. 1,623 lakhs versus a profit of Rs. 2,325 lakhs in FY25. The Board also approved a Composite Scheme of Arrangement to simplify the group structure, and an earnings conference call is scheduled for May 13, 2026.
