The transaction involves purchasing 1,034,453 equity shares in the SPV of Hero Rooftop Energy Private Limited, incorporated in 2024 for electricity generation. The investment aligns with the company's strategy to establish sustainable power supply through renewable energy sources under the group captive scheme.
