Kenya Records Second Ebola Death as Uganda Restricts Transit

Kenya has reported a second death from Ebola, a 65-year-old woman who was a close family member of the index case, while Uganda said it’s restricting transit for anyone with a history of travel to Democratic Republic of the Congo in an effort to halt the disease spreading.
