The decline was driven primarily by a steep contraction in Motion Pictures Business revenue to Rs. 3.22 Lakhs from Rs. 113.04 Lakhs. Statutory auditors issued a modified opinion flagging non-provisions for an interest-free loan of Rs. 455.87 Lakhs, doubtful debts of Rs. 2,218.28 Lakhs, and a security deposit of Rs. 1,500 Lakhs to a company under liquidation. The company raised Rs. 19,98,00,000 through a preferential issue in October 2025, of which Rs. 17.87 Cr. had been utilised by the quarter ended March 31, 2026.
