Midland Bank PLC has conducted a workshop, 'Leadership for Women at Work', to strengthen the professional skills and leadership acumen of its female staff. The day-long event took place at the bank's training institute. Forty-one female officials from various branches and divisions across the bank participated in the programme, which was inaugurated by Zubayed Ur Rahman, Head of Human Resources at Midland Bank PLC.
