Netlink Solutions Announces CFO Change Following Management Takeover
Netlink Solutions (India) Ltd announced CFO changes following management control shift. Mrs. Rupa Minesh Modi resigned as CFO effective March 20, 2026, due to management change from completed open offer. Mr. Punitbhai Bavanjibhai Lakkad was appointed as new CFO from March 21, 2026. The changes resulted from an open offer by Arix Capital Limited and associates for 26.00% voting share capital, triggered by their 51.00% acquisition in holding company Jupiter Infomedia Limited.
