Powered Cybersecurity Tool to Strengthen Market Entity Supervision
SEBI Chairman Tuhin Kanta Pandey announced the development of an AI-powered cybersecurity tool to analyze regulated entities' cyber safety preparedness and strengthen risk-based supervision. The regulator is also constituting a working group to create a technology roadmap providing 5-year and 10-year strategic vision for market infrastructure institutions. Pandey emphasized the importance of continued investment in technology, risk management, and cyber resilience to ensure innovation strengthens market integrity.
