Shipping Corporation of India Reports Robust FY26 Financial Results; Net Profit Surges to ₹1,32,625 Lakhs

The Shipping Corporation of India Limited reported audited standalone net profit of ₹1,32,625 lakhs for FY26, a sharp increase from ₹81,410 lakhs in FY25, with standalone total income rising to ₹6,21,836 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, net profit for FY26 was ₹1,35,292 lakhs compared to ₹84,358 lakhs in FY25. The Board recommended a final dividend of Re. 1 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval, with an estimated outgo of approximately Rs. 46.58 Crores. The Tanker segment was the primary profit driver, while the company also highlighted ongoing geopolitical disruptions near the Strait of Hormuz and the continuing strategic disinvestment process managed by DIPAM.
