Shore Capital Closes Second Industrials Fund With $400M
Shore Capital Partners has announced the closure of its second fund with more than $400 million in capital commitments.Shore Capital Industrial Partners Fund (Industrials Fund II) builds on the first industrials fund, which closed in July 2023. The fund "advances the firm's broader commitment to investing in fragmented industries with durable end-market demand," according to a company release on Wednesday.Kirkland & Ellis LLP served as legal advisor for the fundraising.Industrials Fund II focuses on niche industrial businesses that the company believes will benefit from recurring demand and scaling operations.
