SIS Limited reported exceptional Q4 FY26 results with revenue growing 31.0% YoY to Rs. 4,489.3 crore and operating PAT increasing 27.9% to Rs. 105.5 crore. All segments performed strongly - Security Solutions India grew 34.2%, International operations expanded 36.9%, and Facility Management achieved 8.1% growth. The company maintained healthy margins, improved debt metrics with Net Debt/EBITDA at 0.99x, and returned Rs. 250 crore to shareholders through dividends and buybacks during FY26.
