Sri Lankan Rupee Weakness Intensifying Due to Speculation, Official Says

A slide in the Sri Lankan rupee, Asia’s worst performing currency this month, has intensified due to speculation of further weakening, according to Deputy Minister of Finance Anil Jayantha Fernando.
