A three-day shopping festival is to be conducted at the Tamkum Convention Centre in the city from December 27 to 29. According to a press release issued here on Thursday, Tamil Nadu Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Madurai Economic Chamber are jointly conducting the shopping festival.
