Voltas Limited has appointed Mr. Sunil Alaric D'Souza as an Additional Director (Non-Independent Non-Executive) with effect from 14th May, 2026, to hold office until the next Annual General Meeting. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. Mr. D'Souza, who has over 33 years of experience in the consumer products sector, currently serves as Managing Director & CEO of Tata Consumer Products Limited. He is not related to any existing Director of Voltas and is not debarred from holding directorial office by any SEBI order.
