All of us woke up to the shocking news of the passing of US Senator Lindsay Graham. Graham was not a righteous man, may God have mercy on his soul. I have something to add that you won’t find in many places. When you look at my charts and come to understand what we are doing with price and time, you won’t find that in a lot of places, either. I suppose its just who I am.

The NASDAQ broke through a smallish slope of a trend line and now can test the combination of the gap down and high. You see that on the upper left. Its clearly lagging the Dow.

The Dow is slightly off its high which is another new high. But check this out. What are the odds of the price being 53289.30. You think its no big deal, right? That’s what I thought, too. But look at a chart of the SPX:

Its high came on the 289th day of this rally. That got my attention. Maybe it means something and maybe it doesn’t. But what I can tell you with absolutely certainty, there are no coincidences in financial markets. Then if what Malkiel said about markets being random is true, the odds would have to be millions to one against something like this lining up. There might be a reason for it, then again maybe not. But if it does start turning from here, we’ll know why. Watch the reaction to the CPI report on Tuesday morning, it will tell us a lot about the state of the state of the market.
The death of Lindsay Graham has sparked a lot of reaction. It tells a lot about the person. Some influencers are glad, with one actually posting ‘good riddance.’ Many are singing his praises about his ‘service’ to the country. I’m sure he’s done some good things. Many others are just saying pray for his family and friends. But lets face it, he leaves behind an ugly legacy for his warmongering policies and he has wished death on way too many these past few years. In the very least, when you pass, would you have wanted to people to be glad? Its a visceral reaction from people who wouldn’t or couldn’t control their emotions for a single day.
Experts are suggesting it was either Russia or Iran that pulled off an assassination. I’m not so sure about that. I’m always looking for the false flag and for good reason. But he allegedly passed away at home after having been in a Ukrainian drone factory only 24 hours earlier and had enough time to speak to the press on his return. That video is available, you may have seen it. Unless someone gave him a time released poison, its not likely. Could someone have gone to his home and fired a heart attack machine at him? I don’t know but I understand such technology exists.
Here’s my view. Look, I’m no angel, I’m against these wars, I’m against the killing in Gaza and totally against the war in Iran. You know that. I’ve had a lot to say about it on social media but I don’t do it here. I don’t like the fact we are fighting Israel’s wars. That problem with the Strategic Oil Reserve? We will very soon find out how much damage its doing to the world’s economy.
I also do not believe the official ‘Warren Commission’ type narrative presented this week in the Tyler Robinson pretrial event. I’ll admit I’ve been very angry at a variety of subjects on social media with the mob already convicting Tyler Robinson and they haven’t even picked a jury yet. How are they going to find people who haven’t been influenced?
I can’t hate on it anymore as I’m only doing myself in.
Here’s the bottom line: I have certain health problems, mostly symptoms of an arthritic hip. Its not fun. Its the reason I turned down the Moneyshow’s invitation to the Dallas Symposium in May for the one I’m doing next week. I’m not in good enough physical condition to fly to Dallas and drag myself everywhere I need to go. I am doing Vegas because I know the place like the back of my hand. I can drive there and have my wife help me. This past week, my condition GOT WORSE. There was a small part of me that wondered if I can even do the Vegas gig.
That’s when I said enough is enough. I am a firm believer that if you are bitter and angry and don’t give it a rest, eventually the hatred turns to poison in the body. I’ve been around healing ministries for 14 yrs so I’ve seen any number of people get healed by the Lord when they gave up their anger and bitterness. So I repented. A few of you know I regularly turn down lunch invitations because I just can’t get comfortable sitting on those restaurant seats.
Several days ago I repented to the Lord for all my anger, all my bitterness and all my resentment. Yes I did. I gave it to the Lord. I’m practicing the same philosophy that enabled Viktor Frankl to survive Auschwitz. He said that if he didn’t get by a random bullet (of which he had no control), he looked at everything around him as if he were just an observer in a movie theater. I’m doing the same thing. I gave it all to the Lord and I have to tell you, I woke up the next morning PAIN FREE! I’m not kidding. Last night I had a date with my wife, we went out to dinner and sat in that restaurant for nearly 2 hours PAIN FREE. She couldn’t believe it. I still have some mild pain, but by the latter part of the week, I could barely walk around the block. I believe that as long as I’m able to look at the world’s events as if I’m watching a movie (being separated from it), the Lord will continue to heal me. I’ve known for a long time that anger and bitterness creates all kinds of poison in the body. I finally decided enough was enough and sure enough, it just a few short days, I feel light years better.
So a major part of me is believing a guy like Graham, who preached killing, hatred and destruction 24/7, it finally caught up to him. I see the drastic improvement in my condition just letting go of all the anger that I feel highly certain his attitude did him in. Maybe a sophisticated CIA weapon did cause that heart attack, but we’ll never know. Maybe I’m wrong about this theory. But one thing I’ve come to realize, if you harbor anger, hate and resentment on a regular basis, its going to catch up to you. May God have mercy on his soul and if there is a thread of truth to what I’m saying, I’m sad he didn’t figure this out while he was still alive.
Here’s the oil chart which is now off the low but it looks to me like it needs a retest of the 200dma as the reading right now is not so good. You would think oil should be going through the roof with the bombs falling again but I saw a video last week regarding the fact they are already watering down the gas we buy at the pump which is the beginning of rationing and it will ruin the engines on everyone’s car if this sustains for any length of time.

We hear so much talk about data centers and the failures of AI. I have my own failure I’ve discussed with you. I wanted AI to build the website I wanted and it couldn’t do it.

This is our AI surveillance stock PLTR which is well off the high. Its 232dg down on the Gann calendar and for those of you who have my manual on extensions, the sequence leading up to the bottom (last leg up, last leg down) has a 71.5% retracement as the 41.02 move up is 71.5% of the 57.33 move down. That only makes sense because the high at 163.70 came on the 70dg day on the Gann calendar. Look at the big 3 green bars leading to 163.70. That’s a potential bull trap. All I will say is if price action picks its head up and invalidates the bull trap scenario, the bullish case starts building. Its been rejected several times at the 200dma and sooner or later it will break through that level as opposed to failing. But the initial reaction on Sunday night is a gap down at the futures so it could turn into a rejection zone and we can’t rule out that 289 vibration discussed above. Finally, NVDA is very close to major overhead resistance.

Could the market gap down right here because of the death of Graham unless they find it was done by a foreign government. That would mean America can no longer even protect its leaders from assassination and that wouldn’t be good.
Take it from me, I’m not turning into a saint, far from it but what I can tell you is there are health implications to our attitudes. You have a perfect right to be mad at whomever you like. At the same time, if you see your health slipping, it might be related. Its really hard to connect those dots and I’ve been struggling with my hip condition for well over a year. I’m stubborn but maybe I finally connected those dots. It sure beats hip replacement surgery. I will be in Vegas next week because I’m going to be okay. Right now I feel better than I have in weeks or even months. I also feel lighter getting rid of all these burdens. At some point, you might want to try it.
